This is a proposal for a museum in Lyon that aims to connect the district up on the Croix-Rousse hill with Vaise that is down by the Saône.
This results in a creation of a fault in the hill that allows visitors to explore the local soil and the rise in the level of the river. This is a start for reflexions about the impact of urbanisation on the landscape and climate change at both a local and a wider scale.
Inhabitants on their way up or down the hill are invited to pause and enjoy services like a restaurant, a café, and an auditorium that are located on the ground floor of each pavilion, and then explore museum spaces on first floor. A cable-car ensures accessibility to the whole site.
